Translation Service Stages

Sending documents
The client sends the files in PDF format for analysis.

Budget
After the assessment, a formal quotation is sent by email containing the total cost of the service and the estimated delivery date.

Confirmation
For confirmation, payment of at least 50% of the total amount is requested. The remaining amount must be paid upon receipt of the translation.

Delivery
The translation will be sent by e-mail on the agreed date. Once the material has been approved by the client, payment of the remaining amount is requested and proof of payment is sent.
Note: For services with a delivery time of less than 3 working days, an urgency fee corresponding to 50% of the total value of the service will apply.

What is a NAATI-certified translation?
NAATI-certified translations are carried out by translators accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) and have official validity throughout Australia and, generally, in Commonwealth member countries.
These translations are delivered on letterheads bearing the professional details of our NAATI-certified translator, Helena Barbosa, a declaration of veracity and the NAATI certification stamp - requirements normally demanded by official bodies.

In what format should I send the original documents?
You can send your scanned or digitised documents, preferably in PDF format. They can be attached directly to the “Quote” form on the website or sent by e-mail: [email protected].
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made via PIX, bank deposit or international transfer (such as Wise or similar platforms). Payment details are provided when the quote is sent.
What is the delivery time?
The deadline is given in working days and defined after analysing the documents sent. It may vary according to the complexity and volume of the material.
I need the translation urgently. Is this possible?
Yes, if you have an urgent need, just let us know when you request a quote. For translations with a deadline of less than 3 working days, an urgency fee of 50% will be added to the total value of the service.
How will I receive the translation?
The translations are delivered in digital format, accompanied by an electronic stamp with a unique QR Code, generated on the same day they are issued. This QR Code makes it possible to quickly and securely verify the NAATI credentials of the translator responsible, Helena Barbosa.
The digital stamp is protected by encryption technology, which guarantees its authenticity and makes it difficult to counterfeit. What's more, by opting for the digital format, we contribute to reducing the use of paper and preserving the environment.
